Stripe seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale programs across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams including finance, legal and compliance. You will own the definition, strategy, planning and execution of complex initiatives that enable Stripe and its users.

The role demands 6+ years in software or technical program management, stellar analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver across multiple teams and time zones in a fast-paced fintech

Qualificações

• 6+ years of software engineering, systems engineering and/or technical program management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills; you digest complex information and make recommendations.
• Track record delivering program management across all phases of software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and leaders.
• Ability to drive process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience leading large-scale efforts across time zones and disciplines.
• Users-first and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs/initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and cross-functional partners to define scope and drive programs to conclusion.
• Develop and iterate on program management techniques, KPIs and success criteria.
• Improve communication and operation efficiency across teams.
• Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation.
• Leverage data to drive strategic decisions at engineering leadership level.
• Create plans that build alignment across teams and manage ambiguity.
