Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across People Operations. You will coordinate cross-functional work with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech and Leadership to deliver high-priority initiatives that enable scalable growth.

You will manage complex programs with a data-driven mindset, working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while aligning stakeholders and improving processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting experience.
• Experience working within HR or People teams is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end or cross-functionally across People pillars.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and engage stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes and controls.
• Establish governance and ensure compliance with standards and milestones.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
