Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for Total Rewards who will lead high-priority, cross-functional Total Rewards initiatives from inception through implementation. You will partner with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars, shaping approach where playbooks exist and crafting them where they don’t.

You’ll surface risks early and drive alignment across Legal, Finance, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People project, program, or operations management with multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proven ability to create processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for exec updates and decision memos.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior partners and business impact focus.
• AI tools used for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications.
• Analytical fluency with data-driven narrative and pattern spotting.
• Users-first mindset for Stripe employee and operator experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Total Rewards projects from intake to go-live.
• Embed with project teams across Total Rewards and People portfolios.
• Build expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, M&A.
• Automate and improve PM infrastructure: intake, plans, SOPs, playbooks, checklists.
• Leverage AI to accelerate synthesis, drafting, and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and others.
• Tackle complex program questions with rigorous, independent analysis.
• Identify patterns and gaps; translate into leadership recommendations.
