F&M Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales professional in Indiana to drive new business through treasury services. You will analyze client needs, work with commercial bankers and CRB’s, and deliver tailored treasury management solutions including online banking features.

The role emphasizes building relationships with C-suite executives and managing a robust sales pipeline. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and preferably a CTP certification, with 5 years of treasury management

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field is required.
• CTP certification strongly encouraged.
• 5 years treasury management experience or equivalent is expected or demonstrated.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a sales pipeline of treasury management opportunities and manage to win/loss.
• Present pricing proposals and setup for new and existing clients.
• Conduct periodic client reviews and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with commercial bankers and CRB’s to identify opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Travel regionally as needed to meet clients and prospects.
