Job summary

S&T Bank in Indiana, PA, is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Implementation Administrator to lead strategic and operational initiatives across Treasury Management in a hybrid role. Standard hours with flexibility to meet department objectives.

You will provide consultative support, resolve complex inquiries, contribute to treasury modernization, drive process improvements, and coordinate vendor governance and change management to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Requires five to ten years of general experience and two to five years of specialized experience in Treasury Management or Project Management.
• A four-year degree is required; CAPM preferred and APRP within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and deliver strategic and operational Treasury Management initiatives.
• Provide consultative support and resolve complex Treasury Management inquiries and escalations.
• Support treasury modernization, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with vendor governance, performance management, and change management strategies.
• Establish governance, reporting, and metrics to measure initiative success.
