Job summary

Strong collaboration and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• A B.S. or B.A. degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in banking, treasury management, sales, or financial services.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products such as ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Business Online Banking, and Merchant Services.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices.
• Ability to collaborate with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with current and prospective business customers.
• Achieve sales, deposit growth, and fee income goals through TM solutions.
• Collaborate with lending and wealth teams to deepen client relationships.
• Educate clients on Treasury Management products and services and ensure compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of TM products, payment systems, and industry trends.
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage relationships and pipeline.
• Prepare reports and pipeline updates for management.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation, and training for TM solutions.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure efficient processes and controls.
