Job summary

First Horizon Bank seeks a Senior Commercial Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive new and existing business by selling treasury solutions across lines of business. The role requires strategic planning, regular client engagement, and collaboration with Relationship Managers to meet annual targets.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in Treasury Management Sales, strong communication, and the ability to analyze client needs and market trends to offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience.
• CTP or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of Account Analysis and Treasury Management Pricing required.
• Understanding of payments/receivables and working capital analysis.

Responsibilities

• Grow Treasury Product revenue through direct sales to meet goals.
• Identify prospective Treasury Management client opportunities through networking and PR.
• Develop and present solutions based on client needs with support from TM Sales Analyst.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to build and expand client relationships.
• Review sales goals and advise on calling strategies and product initiatives.
• Develop annual business plans with Relationship Managers and track progress.
• Position First Horizon TM value proposition against competitors.
• Conduct pro forma analyses and sales proposals for client presentations.
