Old National Bank is seeking a seasoned Corporate Treasury Director to lead capital planning, margin optimization, and balance sheet analytics. You will partner with the Corporate Treasurer and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and capital initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing integrated capital planning processes, overseeing stress tests, and enhancing ALCO analytics, while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk management across the balance sheet.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, or mathematics.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of treasury or finance experience in banking or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of asset-liability management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead capital planning and capital optimization activities across the balance sheet.
• Analyze and deploy actions to enhance net interest margin and capital returns.
• Oversee annual capital stress tests and scenario analyses.
• Maintain governance of ALM models and ensure regulatory alignment.
