Job summary

One10 is seeking a Purchasing & Design Specialist to develop presale client deliverables for meetings, incentives, and events. This role involves creative program development, sourcing, procurement, negotiation, budgeting, and contracting with clients and vendors.

You will communicate with teams and suppliers to craft timely proposals, source rates and destinations, and help maximize client budgets while ensuring profitability for One10.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of industry experience.
• Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong editing and writing skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
• Willingness to travel for presentations as needed.
• Superior customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop presale client deliverables for meetings, incentives, and events.
• Source/procurement, budgeting, and contracting with clients/vendors.
• Communicate with team and suppliers to create timely proposals.
• Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers to maximize value.
• Present One10 capabilities and solutions to clients.
• Maintain industry relationships with hotels and DMCs.
