Job summary

One10, LLC is seeking a Purchasing & Design Specialist to develop presale client deliverables for meetings, incentives, and events. You will lead program development, sourcing, procurement, negotiation, budgeting, and contracting.

Responsibilities include communicating with teams and suppliers, developing accurate proposals, negotiating rates, creating budgets and proformas, executing contracts, and supporting client presentations. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years’ industry experience.
• Strong editing and writing skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members and suppliers to develop timely proposals.
• Deliver operational excellence and grow client services.
• Source rates and strategize destinations, hotels, venues.
• Develop budgets and proformas to maximize One10 profit.
• Execute contracts and inform clients of terms.
• Participate in client presentations to showcase One10 capabilities.
• Maintain industry relationships with hotels, NSOs, DMCs, CVBs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
