Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aviation and Hospitality industries.
• Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong time management, prioritization and follow-up.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
• High proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack and Zoom; ability to learn new tools.
• Trilingual a plus (English, Spanish, Portuguese); bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and write intel reports for airline and cruise line clients.
• Run market RFPs for crew accommodations and transport needs.
• Coordinate multiple RFPs and ensure timely handover between teams.
• Negotiate terms and rates for hotels and transport services.
• Develop pricing analyses and present final options.
• Prepare reports and maintain client/vendor communications.
• Travel for hotel site visits as needed.
