Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a procurement professional to lead sourcing events and optimize indirect spend. You will conduct market research, analyze spend, evaluate suppliers, and draft recommendations to shape strategies across departments. The role involves negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders and presenting business cases to executives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a track record of delivering measurable savings and value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Hands-on RFPs and supplier negotiation experience
• Experience supporting indirect procurement
• Exposure to IT/Marketing/HR or other spend categories
• Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build financial business cases and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events using structured RFX methodologies
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies across indirect spend
• Review, draft, and negotiate third-party contracts with various teams
• Develop and execute multi-step negotiation strategies
• Analyze options and build recommendations showing business value and savings
• Manage sourcing strategies, contracts, renewals, and supplier performance
• Help stakeholders make informed purchasing decisions
• Collaborate on category plans and procurement initiatives
• Prepare and present sourcing recommendations and business cases to executives
