Job summary

Navan is seeking a Pro Consultant to deliver a high-touch service, build strong client relationships, and optimize travel arrangements. You will manage a diverse portfolio, leveraging R&M and Navan technology to advise on best practices across air, rail, car rental, and hotel bookings.

You will apply expert knowledge of GDS platforms and fare types, while consistently exceeding client expectations and SLAs in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• VIP experience preferred.
• Exceptional telephone manner and written skills.
• Proven track record in a core business travel environment.
• Fully conversant with one or all GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
• Experience with mixed mode booking tools and 1st line product support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and understand their needs to save time and lower total travel cost.
• Deliver high-touch service, manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Oversee travel bookings including air, rail, car rental, ferry, and hotel pricing.
• Apply client policy to drive compliance while maximizing traveler experience.
• Share knowledge of R&M and Navan technology with clients and team.
