Job summary

Navan is seeking a qualified Event Travel professional to manage high-level services for key clients in the US. You will support travellers, provide accurate fare details, and ensure program objectives are met while maintaining contract compliance.

The role requires experience in group travel, strong communication, and proficiency with Navan TravelXen, Sabre, Amadeus, and NDC. A customer-focused mindset and flexibility for non-traditional hours are valued.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of Group Travel planning experience preferred.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills required.
  • Navan TravelXen knowledge is preferred with strong understanding of travel bookings.
  • Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suites skills.
  • Client facing video calls for setup and project management required.
  • Knowledge of internal communication tools – Slack.
  • Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments and strong CSAT record.

Responsibilities

  • Assist travellers with personalized travel support and handle changes or cancellations.
  • Provide fare information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
  • Work with client contacts to meet program objectives.
  • Coordinate program planning from post-sale to final billing.
  • Maintain project documentation to ensure contract compliance.
  • Troubleshoot issues using agent tools and NAVAN systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and stay updated on product launches.
  • Support Team Lead and contribute to high service standards.
