Reed & Mackay is seeking a Navan Pro Consultant in New York to build strong client relationships and deliver high-touch travel management using R&M and Navan technology.

The role requires an executive service mindset, excellent communication, and a proven business travel background. You will manage diverse client portfolios, ensure SLAs, and contribute to cost-saving travel solutions.

Formación

• Experience in a core business travel environment.
• Fully conversant with GDS systems: Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus.
• Experience with mixed mode booking tools and 1st line product support.
• Excellent telephone manner and written skills.
• Ability to manage client portfolios and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a dedicated, high level of service tailored to each client.
• Manage own client portfolio and meet deadlines; exceed expectations.
• Service different client industry sectors across the business.
• Apply consultative approach and innovative travel solutions.
• Utilise R&M and Navan tech; share knowledge with clients.
• Deliver bookings across air, rail, car, and hotel with best-practice guidance.
