Element Care is seeking a Transportation Scheduler to coordinate and manage transportation schedules with external vendors and the internal transportation team. The role involves using transportation software to create and adjust schedules for participants and Transcare as needed.

Responsibilities

• Uses Transportation software to plan and manage schedules for external vendors and Transcare as needed.
• Serves as primary point of contact to external vendors for transportation needs and scheduling rides for participants.
• Tracks trips in real time and adjusts as needed throughout the day.
• Uses scheduling software to optimize trips and monitor rides assigned to external vendors.
• Runs reports and analyzes data to improve efficiency in Transportation.
• Responds to inquiries about external vendor services and Transcare as needed.
• Intermittent local travel.
• Performs other duties as required.
