Zusammenfassung

Trane Technologies is seeking a Transportation Planner to build, optimize, and tender daily shipment plans using Oracle Transportation Management for our manufacturing and distribution facilities. The role requires coordinating with site leaders, carriers, and customers to schedule deliveries and resolve real-time issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor KPIs, pursue process improvements, and support other planners as needed, with onsite Monday–Thursday and flexible Friday locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience with transportation management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Assign truckload shipments to carriers per routing guides.
• Coordinate with site leaders and carriers on daily plans.
• Maximize trailer utilization via consolidation and routing.
• Schedule deliveries and resolve real-time exceptions.
• Escalation point for carriers and customers.
• Analyze data to drive productivity improvements.
• Monitor KPIs to identify inefficiencies.
• Support other transportation planners as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
