You will maintain PFEP data, analyze requisitions, and coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve supplier issues while adhering to BOS and safety standards. The role emphasizes inventory optimization and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years materials/planning experience.
• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply base and materials.
• Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and MRP environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, cost-conscious procurement of production/inventory/MRO items.
• Receive and analyze requisitions to determine quantity and delivery.
• Develop and onboard new suppliers for material planning.
• Maintain PFEP and item master information for process improvements.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and safety stock.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve supplier issues.
• Identify total cost and cash flow opportunities with suppliers.
• Support change management project teams and launch plans.
• Ensure compliance to BOS and safety regulations.
