Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an FP&A Manager for Data Centers to lead long- and short-term financial planning, forecast updates, and management reporting. You will partner with the BU Finance Leader and SLT to drive insights and improve processes across Data Centers.

The role requires 7+ years in finance with strong analytical skills, collaboration, and experience with Oracle/OneStream/Tableau. Onsite work schedule is Monday–Thursday with flexible Friday work location, and a competitive base

Qualifications

7+ years diversified Finance experience with leadership in forecasting and reporting.
Experience transforming finance processes and driving efficiency.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions.
Balanced background in Accounting & Finance in a manufacturing/industrial context.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in evaluating short and long-term financial objectives and planning.
Lead development of LRP, AOP, and quarterly forecast updates with cross-functional teams.
Oversee month-end reporting and analysis, and communicate results in reviews.
Support MOR and QBR operational reviews.
Lead investment processes and business cases across Data Center businesses.
Develop dashboards and tools to visualize trends and support decisions.
