Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Transition Consultant / Transition Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and tactical execution of transition activities for a Milwaukee-area project. You will supervise staff and coordinate closely with the client, design team and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in a related field with project management focus.
• 3–7 years of PM or specialized experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop project implementation plans and supervise staff accordingly.
• Coordinate with owner, design team and vendors; act as client contact.
• Lead project meetings and monitor costs, schedule, and safety.
• Oversee moves and space relocations; ensure minimal disruption.
• Prepare monthly project reports and manage documentation.
• Support a positive, inclusive work environment.
