HDR seeks a NY/NJ Transit Market Sector Leader to drive growth in a dynamic environment. You will be pivotal in developing relationships with clients, managing projects, and promoting HDR's services in NY/NJ. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective delivery of projects and strategies.

This position offers a competitive salary range between $165,000 and $260,875 depending on experience and location, with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in transportation planning and/or engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer or Architect in NY/NJ preferred.
• Experience with Transit Clients in NY/NJ including MTA and NJ Transit.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of Transit Market Sector.
• Promote HDR services to clients within NY/NJ.
• Serve as Principal in Charge for major project delivery.
• Support project staffing and resourcing decisions.
