Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager with transit experience to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and executive oversight for planning, design, and delivery of complex infrastructure and transit projects in the New York area. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with client goals, budget, and schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical and communication skills.
Minimum years of project management experience with complex infrastructure projects.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead multiple projects concurrently and establish client relations across meetings.
Coordinate staffing, deliverables, and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Track financials and adjust work effort to meet budget targets.
Mentor junior project managers and ensure QA/QC procedures.
