Metropolitan Transportation Authority seeks a Manager, HR Business Partner I to lead strategic HR initiatives across NYCT Bus and related agencies. You will partner with department leadership to align HR programs with business objectives, oversee day-to-day HR activities, and deliver customer-focused HR support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field and at least six years of progressive HR experience, with strong data analysis, HRIS, and policy development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience with HRIS, data analysis, and policy development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HRBP for NYCT and MTA Bus Company; implement HR programs and strategies.
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and compensation issues.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities and provide customer-service oriented HR support.
• Ensure accuracy of HRIS records and HR processes; support hourly/supervisory hiring plans.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR project coordination.
