Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships and leading large transformations.
• Strong MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through strategy definition, future state visioning, target operating model, and roadmap delivery of transformation projects.
• Leverage finance, accounting, industry knowledge to align client organizations with strategic goals and benchmarks.
• Define roles, reporting structures, governance mechanisms, and operating models.
• Manage multiple projects with staffing, deadlines, and end-user expectations.
• Ensure project documentation including business cases, requirements, and implementation plans.
