You will lead strategy Definition, future state visioning, target operating models, and roadmaps for complex transformation programs across multiple clients and industries.

You will leverage deep finance and accounting knowledge to align client organizations with strategic goals, supervise project teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience; consulting experience preferred.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise with a track record of optimizing client finance organizations.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams, provide exceptional client service, and deliver high-quality results.
• Ability to decompose scope into detailed activities and deliverables; hand off to delivery resources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and support multiple workstreams.
• Creativity to solve problems and drive project outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• PMP, PgMP or Agile certification is a plus; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future state visioning, target operating model, and roadmaps for transformation projects.
• Utilize finance, accounting, industry, and operational knowledge to align client organizations with strategic goals.
• Develop and standardize finance processes and document policies.
• Define roles, governance structures, and reporting lines to support transformation.
• Drive transformation visioning and execution including selecting an optimal operating model.
• Evaluate current state, identify gaps, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Plan and monitor project approaches across phases (analyze, design, build, test, deploy).
• Gather requirements via interviews, workshops, and site visits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects with staffing, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Document business cases and requirements; manage vendor relationships and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate go-to-market efforts and delivery methodologies; support team development.
