Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation to lead the transition to an Agentic AI native PDLC across product, engineering and QA. The role requires shaping future operating models, defining workflows and driving cross-functional adoption in a hybrid work setting.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to assess current state, design future state operations, and execute change initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong PDLC and software engineering knowledge.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation projects.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead redesign of product, engineering and QA operating models.
• Assess current state PDLC operating model.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with leaders.
• Define future state operating model with AI workflows.
• Highlight trade-offs and redesign workflows.
• Define Human/Agentic AI responsibilities and governance.
• Develop blueprints for process maps and roadmaps.
• Design AI CoE and capability building approaches.
• Design and execute change management strategy.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews.
