Responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition, future state visioning, and target operating model development.
• Oversee roadmaps and delivery of transformation projects including process and tech implementations.
• Develop and standardize finance processes and governance structures.
• Elicit requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate multiple projects with staffing, deadlines, and end-user expectations.
• Provide client-ready documentation including business cases and implementation plans.
