Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of complex workstreams from problem definition through recommendation and mobilization.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own significant transformation workstreams from opportunity framing to mobilization.
• Quantify opportunities with scenarios, financial models, sensitivities, and business cases.
• Create concise executive stories and decision papers translating evidence into action.
• Shape target operating models, initiatives, ownership, KPIs, and mobilization roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops and cross-functional sessions to build alignment and momentum.
