Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Supply Chain; Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing Digital Transformation initiatives for high-tech product organizations on a global scale.
• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP or digital transformation projects end-to-end.
• Experience aligning P&L to digital transformation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance transparency and manage project cadence for end-to-end digital transformation for ISG including product development, sales enablement, and supply chain.
• Manage ISG business processes, solution design, and implementation.
• Define key success metrics and KPIs to measure cadence and alignment.
• Leverage analytics to drive data-driven decisions and report on performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficient digital experiences.
• Communicate progress, risks, and successes to senior leadership.
