Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Performance Improvement group within Transaction Advisory. You will lead analysis and implementation of operational excellence initiatives across portfolio companies, focusing on EBITDA, synergies and enterprise value capture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field is required; Master's degree is advantageous.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in operations management including lean/continuous improvement.
• Experience with Private Equity clients/firms (M&A deals) is a plus.
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Willingness to travel weekly (Sun–Thu) and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute value-creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives.
• Work in a client-facing role, uncover synergies and solutions; execute deal strategies and performance improvement.
• Utilize a holistic approach to identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and manage initiatives across teams.
• Create executive-level deliverables to support client decisions.
• Deliver results in a visible role on-site at clients across the U.S. and possibly internationally.
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity.
