Job summary

Technical Safety Services seeks a Director of Business Transformation & Integrations to scale the business across strategy and execution. You will partner with executives to drive strategic initiatives, streamline processes, implement systems, and integrate acquisitions, building the foundation for growth and enhanced customer value.

You will lead a team of project managers, business analysts, and data analysts in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, with travel up to 25% as needed to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in leading business transformation, enterprise programs, or related initiatives.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams in a large, cross-functional setting.
• Proven success turning strategy into executable programs with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Sales to drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead multiple enterprise projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Work at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, systems implementation, and acquisition integration.
