Job summary

Savant Accounting and Business Advisory seeks a Director of Operations & Transformation to drive operational excellence and lead the transformation agenda across the organization. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the integration of acquired firms, and partner with senior leadership to build scalable systems.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in operations or transformation, strong project and change management skills, and a proven ability to lead large teams across multiple offices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or transformation.
• Experience in professional services or consulting and multi-office environments.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation, translating plans into actionable programs with owners and milestones.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, capacity planning, and integration of acquired firms.
• Build scalable processes, set performance metrics, and drive accountability.
• Lead a 30+ person operations team and mentor senior leaders.
