Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise value through complex, cross-functional initiatives including M&A integrations and divestitures. You will lead Day 1 readiness, Day 2 integration, and TSA execution, partnering with finance, technology, and legal teams to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing performance metrics.

The role requires 8–10+ years in transformation or related fields, with strong stakeholder management, analytical rigor, and experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
8–10+ years in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, or related roles.
Experience with M&A integration/divestitures and cross-functional programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration across functions (Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, Legal).
Manage TSA design, transition, and exit with clear scope, timelines, and accountabilities.
Establish governance, RAID management, change control, and cross-functional dependency management.
Provide executive reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboards for senior leadership.
