Job summary

Principal Asset Management is seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic transformation across business operations, product, and technology. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into executable solutions, and manage governance, risks, and readiness for sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business execution, program leadership, consulting, or equivalent
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience establishing governance, execution approaches, accountability frameworks, and delivery disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, organizational impacts, and implementation challenges in complex environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship management, problem-solving, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional business operations initiatives with stakeholders to set execution approaches and accountability
• Translate strategy into a clear future state across people, processes, governance, roles, capacity, controls, technology, and ways of working
• Coordinate execution across interconnected teams and workstreams, managing priorities, decisions, and trade-offs
• Assess current-state processes, technologies, and operating practices to identify optimization, modernization, automation, and standardization opportunities
• Lead implementation and stabilization activities to support adoption and sustained results
• Build alignment across business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders
