Principal Asset Management seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the technology transformation of data, AI, automation, and modern engineering capabilities across Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance within our Information Security & Risk organization.
You’ll own the strategy and technical roadmap for GRC data, analytics, AI, automation, and platforms with a focus on measurable outcomes including reduced manual effort, greater automation and control visibility, stronger data quality,
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years leading data engineering, analytics, or automation in a complex enterprise.
- Formal people leadership experience with talent development.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering practices, APIs, cloud platforms, governance.
- Experience translating cybersecurity, risk, controls into scalable tech solutions, incl. AI.
- Proven success delivering modernization while maintaining operations.
- Strategic planning and executive communication skills.

- Shape and communicate a multi-year Cyber GRC technology strategy and roadmap.
- Modernize GRC technology and platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Build trusted data, analytics, and risk intelligence capabilities.
