Leeds Professional Resources seeks a results-oriented Business Transformation Manager to bridge strategy and execution in Miami, FL. You will lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, design future-state processes, and guide AI tool integrations with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams.

You will own program delivery—from roadmaps and budgets to KPI tracking and value realization—while driving change management to maximize adoption and sustainable benefits for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 4–8+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior project/program management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and business case tracking.

Responsabilités

• Partner with executive leadership to define transformation goals, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Assess current operations, identify performance gaps, and design efficient future-state workflows.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for new initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track KPIs and report program health and value realization to executive stakeholders.
• Drive organizational change management (OCM) to ensure high adoption rates and minimal resistance.
• Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment.
• Anticipate roadblocks, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and mitigate risks.
• Transition completed initiatives into sustainable, steady-state operations.
• Capture lessons learned and establish best practices for future organizational changes.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level company strategy and day-to-day execution. You will work directly with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams to redesign business processes, integrate new technologies or AI tools, and guide the organization through structural change.

Key Responsibilities
