Atlantic Group is seeking a senior professional to drive enterprise-wide business transformation across a sophisticated investment platform. The role blends business analysis, project management, process improvement, AI adoption, and technology implementation to create measurable operational gains.

You will partner with stakeholders, map existing processes, document requirements, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.
• 6–12 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, business systems, project management, or technology implementation within financial services.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, process mapping, business analysis, quality assurance, and technology delivery.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience using project management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity and automation.
