Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation leader to define and drive the operational digital strategy across Asset Management platforms, focusing on scale, efficiency, and client outcomes. You will own vision, prioritization, and delivery across business verticals, with a strong emphasis on AI and data-driven decision making.

The role requires 10+ years in digital product leadership within financial services and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable digital platforms and AI capabilities.
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven storytelling for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year operational digital delivery strategy and roadmap aligned to NTAM priorities.
Lead prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of digital platforms using agile and product management best practices.
Partner with business, data, operations, and technology to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Drive change management adoption and measure KPIs for value delivery including revenue growth and client experience.
