You will guide asset lifecycle planning, data governance, and transformation initiatives while mentoring staff and expanding client relationships. The role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements in service delivery, risk management, and cost efficiency across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in asset management consulting or similar roles.
• Experience delivering complex asset management projects as a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver asset management projects for major infrastructure clients (Transit, Highways, Airports, Water, Power).
• Drive staff development and mentoring of junior team members.
• Lead business development, proposals, and marketing to grow client base.
• Develop asset management plans, data standards, and lifecycle cost analyses.
• Build solid client relationships and ensure high quality standards of services.
