Job summary

Wipro Limited in the United States is seeking an experienced project management professional to define project scope, manage engagement economics, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.

You will plan, scope, schedule, and control projects for a single line of business, review deliverables, manage resources, risk and quality, and support pursuit management and proposals.

Qualifications

• Define project scope based on client requirements and align with objectives.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality, client expectations, and SLAs.
• Manage resource planning, allocations, and performance outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with QA teams to ensure quality planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements.
• Review key deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs.
• Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for a single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters.
• Escalate deviations from project charter and implement corrective actions.
• Undertake resource planning and manage attrition and performance outcomes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and guide professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and integrate quality planning into execution.
• Create project estimates and manage change requests.
• Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
• Collaborate with Directors for sprint planning and project updates.
