L&G Asset Management, America is expanding a US Transformation function to help business leaders design and deliver scalable operating models. You will collaborate across Distribution, Operations, Investments, Data, Compliance and Technology to improve end-to-end processes using structured analysis and hands-on delivery.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver initiatives with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in asset management or financial services; ideally with Operations, Distribution, Investments, Data, Compliance, Technology, Client Onboarding, Reporting or a related function.
• AI / Technology mindset: comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality and insight generation; interested in automation and data.
• Preferred: cross-functional exposure and familiarity with data concepts or SQL; experience supporting business change or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define priorities and translate strategy into initiatives and delivery plans.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, tech-enabled operating models.
• Own initiatives end-to-end; manage timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and documentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and drive governance and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned to strategic priorities.
