L&G Asset Management, America is expanding a US Transformation function to help business leaders design and deliver scalable operating models. You will collaborate across Distribution, Operations, Investments, Data, Compliance and Technology to improve end-to-end processes using structured analysis and hands-on delivery.

The role partners with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver initiatives with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-5 years in asset management or financial services; ideally with Operations, Distribution, Investments, Data, Compliance, Technology, Client Onboarding, Reporting or a related function.
AI / Technology mindset: comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality and insight generation; interested in automation and data.
Preferred: cross-functional exposure and familiarity with data concepts or SQL; experience supporting business change or project delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to define priorities and translate strategy into initiatives and delivery plans.
Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, tech-enabled operating models.
Own initiatives end-to-end; manage timelines, risks and dependencies.
Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and documentation.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and drive governance and quality.
Drive continuous improvement aligned to strategic priorities.
