Qualifications

3–5 years at a top-tier management consulting or transformation firm.
Proven ability to redesign processes in automation/AI contexts.
Strong problem framing, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Experience working with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Define future-state North Stars for priority workflows and AI-enabled transformations.
Benchmark initiatives against North Stars to assess alignment and impact.
Assess deployment readiness and define action plans to reduce risk and accelerate value.
Lead current-state assessments to identify inefficiencies and redesign opportunities.
Translate redesigned workflows into business, product, and technical requirements for delivery teams.
Communicate complex topics in executive-ready, concise formats.
