Job summary

L&G Asset Management is building a US Transformation function to help business leaders design and deliver scalable operating models for priority strategic initiatives. You will partner with leaders across Distribution, Operations, Investments, Data, Compliance, and Technology to improve end-to-end operations using structured analysis and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in asset management or investment operations, distributed across functions.
• Proficiency with AI/tools to accelerate analysis, with focus on quality and governance.
• Preferred: experience supporting business change, process improvement, or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable operating models.
• Own initiatives end-to-end: manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop clear requirements and documentation ready for implementation.
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis and identify automation opportunities while maintaining governance.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned to strategic priorities.
