Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of banking/operations/process improvement or related area; 3+ years leadership.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methods; knowledge of automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives aligning with strategy.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year transformation roadmap.
