Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to drive execution of the 2030 strategy, balancing strategy with practical implementation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional facilitation, capability development, and scalable design, including AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in asset management, investment operations, process design, operating model design, or management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise design engagements from discovery through implementation.
• Partner across Strategy & Execution, contributing operating model and governance design.
• Design target operating models defining processes, governance, and accountability.
• Drive process and business architecture across the enterprise to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Assess and optimize investment operations across asset classes, identifying scalable solutions.
• Establish governance and performance frameworks with KPIs and reporting cadences.
• Facilitate executive alignment through workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Advance AI-enabled ways of working to scale analysis and design.
