The role partners with business leaders to design, deliver, and improve learning solutions that align with business objectives.

Reporting to the VP of HR and based in Burlington, MA with in-office attendance required, you will manage the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment to performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or related field is required.
• 5+ years in professional services consulting with environmental, engineering, or due diligence.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and client project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven training strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Collaborate with operations and department leads on group training.
• Promote upskilling and staffing flexibility across service lines.
• Implement leadership development and succession planning.
• Advance skills repository usage and future skills forecasting in Salesforce.
• Develop onboarding and multi-year progression pathways with cross-training.
• Leverage LinkedIn Learning to deliver scalable digital education.
