This role partners with leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions that align with business objectives and workforce development needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional services consulting in environmental, engineering, or due diligence.
• Strong reporting and analytics background.
• Proven leadership, people management, and client project management experience.
• Ability to advise Leadership with analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven training strategy aligned with long‑term goals.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver modular training.
• Promote upskilling and staffing flexibility.
• Implement leadership development and succession planning.
• Leverage Salesforce skills repository and track skill needs.
• Develop onboarding and multi-year training pathways.
• Utilize LinkedIn Learning for scalable digital education.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on career paths.
• Document career paths with milestones.
• Foster a culture of proactive career development using the GROW model.
