Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Technical Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain training for Epic clinical and revenue cycle systems and other Digital technologies. You will translate complex workflows into clear learning experiences and support Epic upgrades, content, and environments.

Working under the Senior Manager, you will mentor Credentialed Trainers, lead training asset management in the Epic Digital Library, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of instructional design and curriculum development.
• 3+ years eLearning or AI development with Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Amplifire.
• Epic certifications preferred; willingness to obtain within 3–6 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HealthStream a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Epic training content for clinical and revenue cycle apps.
• Lead training asset creation and environment maintenance for assigned Epic apps.
• Coordinate quarterly trainer credentialing and train-the-trainer programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and credentialed trainers to improve content.
• Manage training environments and perform smoke testing with IT teams.
• Ensure Epic assets are searchable in the Epic Digital Library.
