Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to architect scalable programs that grow capabilities and leadership across the organization. You will partner with HR and leaders to identify needs, design programs, and drive employee growth in a fast‑growing tech company.

You will lead strategy, design onboarding, manager development, and training initiatives, while overseeing LMS platforms, budgets, and vendor partnerships to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Designing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Experience developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs.
• Strong project management and program execution skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence employees and leaders at all levels.
• Experience with an LMS or other learning technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals.
• Design, develop, and implement learning programs for employees at all levels.
• Develop and facilitate manager and leadership development programs, including onboarding.
• Create and enhance onboarding and new-hire development programs with HR and leaders.
• Develop training focused on core skills such as communication, collaboration, feedback, performance management, delegation, and leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and development opportunities.
• Identify and manage external learning providers, consultants, and training vendors.
• Evaluate programs using feedback and outcomes to improve effectiveness.
