Job summary

Titan Group is seeking a Manager, Training and Development to design, implement, and continually improve company-wide training and talent programs across multiple locations. You will collaborate with operations, safety, HR, and business leaders to assess needs and deliver practical learning solutions for office and field teams.

The role focuses on leadership, supervision, communication, teamwork, conflict management, and coaching, with significant travel and onsite work four days a week when not

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership/interpersonal skills programs.
• Experience administering an LMS or similar platform.
• Experience supporting talent assessment, succession planning, or IDP preferred.
• Construction, skilled trades, field ops, or multi-location org exp preferred.
• Professional certification in learning/talent development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise training strategy and priorities across Titan companies and locations.
• Develop career and leadership paths for foremen, superintendents, PMs, estimators, engineers, and apprentices.
• Manage the training budget and investment priorities with company leaders.
• Lead training rollouts for new systems and procedures, including ERP and PM practices.
• Oversee training administration: calendar, enrollment, records, logistics.
• Administer LMS including config, access, course assignments, and reporting.
• Identify training needs using business priorities and performance trends.
• Design and implement instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Facilitate engaging programs for leaders and employees across office and field.
• Collaborate with managers to assess talent and create development plans.
• Coordinate talent reviews and succession planning with HR Partners.
• Establish learning objectives and measure impact and adoption.
• Source internal SMEs and external training vendors, manage cost/performance.
• Maintain training content library and SOPs to stay current.
